“It amazed me today how aware I was of my breath. I had a stressful situation where I noticed I was holding my breath, and instead of inhaling as I might typically do, I exhaled first, just like you taught me. It was magical. I then proceeded to breaths IN to the count of 3 and Breathe OUT to the count of 6 like we practiced. It was incredible!
