Below is some information to help you prepare and receive:

🪴 Prepare your space to begin our time together seated~

In a chair or on the floor

If in a chair it’s preferable that it has a firm bottom and no wheels

If your comfortable seated on the floor you may like a yoga block or cushion to support your tail bone.

🪴 You will want to have a journal or paper and pen at hand for note taking and your gratitude practice.

🪴 Choose and prepare your space for comfort and the least amount of distractions possible. Be aware of the lighting and temperature of the room. You may like to light a favorite candle or diffuse your favorite oil.
